Giving Tree Program
PTA's Caring Heart Committee is pleased to announce the Giving Tree Program for the months of Nov. and Dec. Please donate gift cards from Raley's, Safeway, Target, & Walmart to our Hearst families in need. You can drop them off in the office to Donna. Last year, we were able to provide 25 families with gift cards totaling over 2,500$ to help them during the holidays. Also, there will be a jar in the office where children can donate loose change. That money will be used to purchase more gift cards for the families. Thank you in advance for making a difference in the lives of our Hearst families!!
Staff Holiday Luncheon Wednesday December 16th
The Staff Holiday Luncheon is the first PTA sponsored lunch this school year for our wonderful staff here at Hearst elementary. We will be providing lunch for the 50+ staff members and will need your help to make this a success. Want to bring in a treat or dish that is not on the list? We would love for any dishes or treats that your family enjoys. Email us to let us know and we will make space!
Items can be dropped off in the staff lunchroom between 9 and 9:30 am or at 11 am on Wednesday, December 16th. Lunch begins for some of the teachers at 11:30 so we would like to be ready to start then. Feel free to email Sara Campbell at vpservices@hearstpta.com with any questions.
