Staff Holiday Luncheon Wednesday December 16th

The Staff Holiday Luncheon is the first PTA sponsored lunch this school year for our wonderful staff here at Hearst elementary.  We will be providing lunch for the 50+ staff members and will need your help to make this a success.  Please look over the list on our Sign Up Genius     (http://www.signupgenius.com/go/8050e4ea5a92c7-hearst)

Want to bring in a treat or dish that is not on the list?  We would love for any dishes or treats that your family enjoys.  Email us to let us know and we will make space!

Items can be dropped off in the staff lunchroom between 9 and 9:30 am or at 11 am on Wednesday, December 16th.   Lunch begins for some of the teachers at 11:30 so we would like to be ready to start then.  Feel free to email Sara Campbell at vpservices@hearstpta.com with any questions.
